End-to-end product design: user research and service blueprinting, information architecture, wireframes and high-fidelity UI, and scalable design systems. Alongside that I work on branding, web design and the visual assets that hold an experience together.
Five phases: research & strategy, concept & ideation, feedback & refinement, testing & optimization, and launch & delivery. You are involved at every handover, so the direction is agreed before the work moves forward.
It depends on scope. A landing page or a focused redesign usually takes two to four weeks; a full product or service ecosystem runs from two to six months. I share a realistic timeline after the first call, before anything is signed.
Your business goals and the audience you are designing for, any existing brand assets or research, references you like, and one person on your side who can give feedback and sign off. Everything else we can figure out together.
Yes — most of my work is long term. I collaborate with teams on a monthly basis as an embedded designer, and I am happy to keep supporting a product after launch with iterations, design system upkeep and ongoing research.
